In my kitchen Steak is usually served with chips, often mushrooms and peas too but always home made chunky chips! I decided yesterday was going to be a Steak day, mainly because of the crappy day that I had just incurred, if standing in dog shit, burning my hand on the iron, and spilling my lunch down my eBay bargain Ralph Lauren shirt doesn't warrant a Steak dinner than I don't know what will. So dinner was decided upon around 1 pm, shortly after I finish my lunch; around half an hour after finishing one meal is usually when I begin thinking about the next.
