In my kitchen Steak is usually served with chips, often mushrooms and peas too but always home made chunky chips! Some days I am 'Healthy Zen VonPie' and I want to fuel my body with foods that will nourish, I can see the benefits of foods like Nuts & Avocado which are high in fats and calorie dense but full of essential nutrients and vitamins in order for my body to flourish and feel its best, I avoid processed foods or foods with added sugars. Some days I am 'Piggy VonPie', these days I refuse to feel guilty about anything I choose to ram down my cake hole, I eat an array of breakfasts which throughout the morning slowly merge into lunch, I buy cakes for the office because we deserve cakes some times chocolates too.
